Live From Logan Airport

So, I am sitting here at Logan Airport. My flight is delayed and I'm blogging from my Treo 650.

I am bored.

UPDATE: I made it to my destination... took off at roughly 12:45 AM when my flight originally scheduled to leave @ 9PM.

Why not hop the 'copter with Mr. Together We Can? I am sure he can 'borrow' huffington's brilliant side step and tell us that "it was going there anyway"!

Take it easy on the peanuts and pretzels, they ain't free you know, and don't even think of asking for an adult beverage or the restroom, we may be here for TEN HOURS!!!!

Maybe this is Mr. Transparency's way of saying that he's got his eye on you and he's 'lookin' at dat' and keeping you tarmac-bound until you post something nice about him!

Ah, yes! The beauty of that old saw: "Everyone gets what they deserve" All those union busting, cheap fares addicts complain when they don't get serviced. Hope you enjoyed your stay on the tarmack or in those comfy airport chairs. Try a union airliner next time big spenders!

Sure Mr. X, everyone KNOWS union workers work harder (sarc). When unions make their motto "on time and on budget", I'll climb on board. 'til then, if I have a choice, it's no thanks. Unions were useful in their day, but now the only people who benefit are the unions. The public gets to foot the bill for over-priced, under performing workers.

OK V, like I said enjoy those comfy airport chairs. Also, I assume you never have and never will accept time and a half for hours over 40/week or unemployment pay or workers comp. et cetera, et cetera. After all they did for all of us (and can still do, I might add)what a bunch of ingrates!

Yeah Mr. X, airline proficiency has gone up dramatically since unions were introduced (rolling eyes). Not only have I accepted those benefits you list, as an employer of 15 people, I OFFER them. The trick is though X-meister, and there is no getting around it, my employees have to WORK for it. When I get to heaven, I'll be sure to look up Sam Gompers and thank him. As for the current rabble, no thanks. The day you can send me a picture of 5 guys on a private job looking at a hole in the ground for a half hour, you'll win me over. I see union extortion every day. From the Dig, to utility companies, cops and teachers. Try to run a private concern the way unions run and you'd go out of business.
